As you probably know if you’ve been reading my blog much, I am on FaceBook as well as several other social networks. Today I received an invitation to join a group called ‘The Great Controversy Readathon‘. Sounds interesting, right? So I went on over to check it out…

Turns out there are over 1,300 members already signed up to participate! So what’s the plan? Turns out they actually just kicked off (thank goodness, because I hate being behind!) and are planning on reading one chapter a week and discussing on the discussion boards on FaceBook and on the main website. 42 chapters, 42 weeks … ought to be a good study.

So, if you haven’t read The Great Controversy, or if it’s been a while and it’s just gathering dust on your bookshelf, then I want to challenge you to dust it off and take it down and participate with me in this group online study. There will be much to gain from a study of the path of the faithful from Christ’s day all the way down to ours. The website even has links to pdf files and audio books (both free and paid), so there’s no excuse ;-).

Visit the links above and let’s get started. While you’re at it, if you haven’t joined me on these social networks, you should do that as well:
